Reports and Export

Export any control chart as PDF (vector quality) or PNG (up to 300 DPI). The export includes everything visible on screen: title, date range, control limits, rule violations, capability summary. Charts render at print quality for direct inclusion in PPAP submissions or audit documentation.

Generate a multi-page PDF for any part number: header with part info and date, control chart for each characteristic, histogram with capability overlay, Cpk/Ppk summary table, rule violation log, and overall assessment. This is the document you hand to an auditor or submit as part of a PPAP package.

Generate capability reports for all part numbers (or a filtered set) in one operation. Output as individual PDFs in a zip file or a single combined PDF with table of contents. Add your company logo and custom header/footer text for professional branding.
