By accessing or using OrbitalJump (orbitaljump.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
OrbitalJump provides free online calculators and professional tools for engineering, construction, quality management, HVAC design, electrical design, and food formulation. Our tools perform calculations based on industry-standard formulas, reference data, and published standards.
Important Disclaimers
- —Not professional engineering advice. Calculations, estimates, and results provided by OrbitalJump tools are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or construction advice. All results should be verified by qualified professionals before use in design, construction, or manufacturing decisions.
- —Not a substitute for professional judgment. Tools such as SPC control charts, capability analysis, FMEA calculators, load calculations, and structural estimators are educational aids. They do not replace the judgment of licensed engineers, quality professionals, or certified tradespeople.
- —Calculations are not certified. OrbitalJump tools have not been certified or validated by any professional engineering body, building code authority, or standards organization. Do not use results as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions, building permit applications, or regulatory compliance.
- —Verify all results independently. Industry formulas and reference data are sourced from published standards (ASHRAE, NEC, ACI, AIAG-VDA, etc.) but may not reflect the most recent code revisions or local amendments. Always verify results against current applicable codes and standards for your jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Intellectual Property
The OrbitalJump service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by OrbitalJump. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.
Calculator results, exported reports (PDF, CSV, PNG), and shareable links generated by your use of the tools are yours to use, share, and distribute freely.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that calculations will be accurate for your specific application, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. Reference data and formulas are updated periodically but may not reflect the most recent industry standards, building codes, or regulatory changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrbitalJump shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total liability for all claims related to the service shall not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrbitalJump and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of any personal data we hold, contact us at the email below.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
